Grape – 80% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Semilion

Color - Light straw with hints of green

Aroma - Subtle floral bouquet; well-balanced and full of character.

Taste - Crisp, yet soft. Very round and fruity with a touch of citrus. Super crisp and clean, A DANGEROUS WINE!

Pairings – Light salade Nicoise, wonderful with a nice seafood paella too, superb with Sushi and mussels!
